sierra brooks
Sierra Brooks is a rising senior on the women’s gymnastics team at the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, the team that won 2021 NCAA Championship. She has a passion for learning and being a leader, which has kept her driven in and outside of gymnastics. Sierra was the 2022 Big Ten Gymnast of the Year and is a 13x All-American. Sierra recently was awarded the Big Ten Medal of Honor and was this year’s recipient of the AAI Award, which is known as the “Heisman Trophy” of collegiate women’s gymnastics.

Sierra Brooks is from the suburbs of Chicago, IL, but now calls Nashville, TN home. She receives her BBA degree in April 2023, and will be staying at Michigan to pursue a Master’s in Business Analytics. She hopes to pursue business strategy and marketing after school, likely in the sports or education industry. She is the President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and enjoys photography, digital marketing, and graphic design on the side. Sierra is always willing to consider remote opportunities as well as ones near the Ann-Arbor area.

I have a strong understanding of what is necessary to create and maintain a profitable, strong business. I have experience relating to what makes a credible brand and how a company can grow.
Business Analytics
I have a very strong mathematical aptitude with additional experience using Microsoft Excel and R, along with evaluating customer insights.
Web Design & Ecommcerce
I’ve used WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, and Weebly all for website design for various purposes- personal, business, etc. Additionally, I have helped create strategies to maximize traffic & revenue on e-commerce sites.
Blogging
I’ve written various blogs covering many different topics. I have also learned and implemented SEO in order to help companies increase their website traffic and visibility online.
Digital Marketing
I’m heavily experienced in digital marketing involving social media marketing, SEO, influencer marketing, email marketing, and more.
Photography & Graphic Design
Both of these skills started off as hobbies and eventually grew into a valuable skillset. Very experienced with Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop, along with product and portrait photography.
